ODOT wasted a lot of the gas tax money on three pedestrian only bridges in Metro Portland. They refuse to maintain the roads for vehicles. It is obvious ODOT is not Oregon Department of Transportation but Oregon Department of Obstructing Transportation.
All this extra money pays for salaries and Cadillac health care and retirement benefits for ODOT employees. This state government is not a government but an overload.
