Article 1 - This “opinion” article raises the question of who might be able to stop the ODOT tolling programs. It also raises the question of… does your vote count.
Article 2 - This KGW article, in video and text, did give us a “What?” reaction. The same ODOT people, who could not give answers a week ago, seemed to do so last month. Those answers came in front of smaller meetings outside of the public eye.
