If light rail adds up to 1.5 BILLION $$$ to our bill for about 3 miles, how much per foot is that???
Add the cost of the station on the north end, more bucks.
Has the height for ships been solved?? Sixty some feet is a deal breaker for design.
Washington Government killed the CRC, (last attempt). CRC wasted more than 200 million last time.
